Please note that on March 6, 2026, Rethink Mental Health will begin using a new Electronic Health Record (EHR) system called AdvancedMD.

As part of this transition, you will notice a new scheduling interface that may look different from what you are currently used to. The new system will require you to register for access to the patient portal in order to manage your appointments.

The portal will eventually allow you to request medication refills directly. However, while we are in the process of transferring patient data to the new system, please continue to send refill requests to refills@rethinkcare.org until your information has been fully migrated.
